Programme establishment is a regulatory procedure for the initial registration of higher education bachelor and master programmes, and of higher education vocational programmes. It is initiated by the relevant higher education institution with the Educational Authority. After procuring the documents required for the establishment of a new programme, the applicant submits its application to the MAB, which prepares an expert opinion. Once the expert opinion is issued, the institution can then request that the Educational Authority enter the bachelor programme, master programme or higher education vocational programme in the new program of higher education qualifications.
