In 2022, MAB met the accreditation recognition programme criteria of the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME), and gained registered status until 31 March 2032. On 20 May 2022, we gave an online presentation for foreign quality assurance agencies to share our experiences on the WFME accreditation procedure. The webinar included a presentation on the agency’s preparation for the accreditation process, as well as its technical and operative steps before and during the procedure. The event was closed with a Q&A session. The webinar was attended by the Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE, Croatia), the National Accreditation Bureau for Higher Education (NAB, Czech Republic), the Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA, Poland), the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS, Romania), as well as by the representatives of Charles University (Czech Republic) and Transilvania University (Romania).
